The original purchase invoice will be required to be presented to avail warranty services at any one of the authorizes |

service centres mentioned in ASC's list. |

This warranty will be valid for a period of 36 months from the date of the original purchase against all manufacturing |

defects. The purchaser will thereafter be charged for all repairs. |
| |

This warranty will not extend to the following. |
| |

Damage or detect caused by transportation, water seepage, abuse, improper use or negligent care. |
| • |
Replacenebt of cinsumables (battery etc.) or any accessories |
| • |
Damage or defect caused by alteration, conversion, modification, improper repair or unauthorised repair or |
| |
opening of unit. |
| • |
Fading of printed legends on the product. |
| • |
Movable parts like printing mechanism in label printeres, printing calculators etc. On such movable parts |
| |
warranty will be only for one year. |
| • |
Damage or detect caused by fire, earthquake, flood or other natural disasters. |
| • |
Casio Authorised Service Centre's judgment on violation of warranty conditions will be final and blnding on |
| |
customer |

Duting the warranty period and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired using Casio reconditioned / |
| |
replacement parts or the product will be replaced (with the same or similar reconditioned / replacement model) at |
| |
Casio's discretion. |

If the Casio Product is mailed to a member of Casio Authorised Service Centre for repair, it must be carefull packed |
| |
together with purchase receipt / invoice and written report on the defective condition. Transportation charges must |
| |
be prepaid. |

Casio India Co., Pvt. Ltd. or any member Casio Authorised Service network will, in no event, be liable for any |
| |
disappearance, damage or changes of data in memory at the time of repair. |
| |
|
|
This warranty will be the sole and only remedy, either express or implied for a Casio Product distributed by |
| |
Casio India Co., Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi. |
| |

This warranty will be available only through a member of Casio Authorised Service Centre network as listed on our |
| |
official web site www.casio.co.in |
| |

This warranty will apply to the original purchaser only. |
